Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Standard check-in is from 12:01 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-ins may be arranged in advance with management.
- With our limited collection of boutique suites, each guest may book a maximum of 2 rooms. Standard occupancy is 2 guests per room.
- To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted on the property and Sukoon maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel.
- We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival without penalty.
- Our restaurant operates daily from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM. For any after-hours needs, please contact management in advance
